Has anyone used this transformer to successfully hardwire their doorbell? It says 1amp output, not sure if that's enough?

The recommended AC power output for Tapo D235 should be in the range of 8-24V AC, 10-40VA, 50/60Hz. The doorbell will work as long as the power supply is within the supported range.
