Hello,

 

i'm using a ARCHER MR550 with multi sim (dual Sim).

The main SIM is installed in my cell phone,

The second SIM is installed in my Archer MR550.

always if i power up the Archer MR550 my Cell phone is busy. i can not receive calls when the router is powered up.

If i shut down the Archer, all is fine and my Cell phone is ringing.

 

I believe it is something wrong in the Archer-setup but i don't know.

 

i have tested with other routers and all is working fine.

May I know your SIM carrier?

Would it be possible to contact the SIM ISP to block the calls on the SIM card in the router?

-If it is not an option, there is a beta firmware for Archer MR550, which might help with the current issue. You can find it in the private message,

Hi David, i need this Beta Version, too. My ISP, Congstar, does not Support the function to disable Phone Calls on one SIM.

ISP is Telekom and the Card is a "multisim" 

 

I would also like to test the beta software so that I can keep the router.

ISP is congstar and the card is a "multisim" 

 

I would also like to test the beta software so that I can keep the router.

My solution was to call Telekom and have calling on the card deactivated — And now it works.

  @M_i_c_h_a_e_l  congstar do not do this on there "multisim" cards. This was also posted by niveK50 in post #3. Best regards, haselmaus
