Poor upload speed in wi-fi

Hello. I have an issue. I live in Italy running a FTTH connection. 2,5 gbit/500 mbps. Deco be 65 as router is connected to an ont Nokia with 2,5 port. Second deco satellite connected in wired backhaul. Lan switch 2,5 and cables cat. 5e or 6.
Speed test in lan mode are all ok, as well as internal speed test of deco which scores 1.8 gbps down / 512 up.
The problem is in wi-fi with all devices (iphone 16 pro, ipad m1, macbook air, ipad m2, dell notebook): download is ok for each device upload drops and scores about 120 Mbps or 200. A little better for devices linked to satellite. I used speed test oolka.
Enabling qos is a workaround: download speed a little slower 750 mbit (before 1.0 gbps), upload ok: 480-500 Mbps. But now the surprise: with certain mobile games Qos causes crashes of the game. Disabling Qos works with games, but slows upload.
In some threads I read it's a problem bufferbloat related, but Deco has no settings to manage flow control.
I have same ssid for 2,4, 5, 6 Ghz and MLO, but I enabled only 2,4, 5 and 6 ghz, no MLO. Bandwidth 320. In any case, messing around doesn't solve.
Can you help me?
Thanks

Hi, thank you very much for the feedback.
It is suggested to test the 1.1.7 version here to see whether it helps:

By the way, can you give me some examples of the following games:
"with certain mobile games Qos causes crashes of the game"
Wait for your reply.
Best regards.

Thanks! 1.1.7 is a beta version, I suppose. I'll give a chance. Being aware mobile games are not the most important thing :-), just out of curiosity, Clash Royale crashes with Qos enabled, while it works with Qos disabled. This has been tested on three different devices, regardless they were under Qos or not. To be clearer: for example, I enable Quos and I choose just one client (doesn't matter which, even a safe camera). I play Clash with an ipad, for example, and it crashes. Same behavior if the same ipad has been chosen as client in Qos. Sorry for my English, I hope you can understand :-)

Thank you very much for the update.
I'll also follow up on your case via email in case we need further assistance from the senior engineer.
Please feel free to let me know how the beta version works.
Best regards.

@David-TP I uploaded the suggested beta version. Maybe a little improving in upload speed. In iphone 14 pro max upload reached 372 on 500 max. With ipad air m2, upload about 310. Same situation with macbook air m2. Maybe you're on the right way but still to go. Before TP link deco, my upload was always near to 470/500.
I would like to point out that in 5ghz almost never I get 160 mhz bandwidth and deco never selects DFU channels, i mean channels from 100 up. With previous router (a simple model of Vodafone for ftth), I often got channels above 100 in auto select mode.
I also noticed a strange preference of devices to be linked to the main router even when it would make sense to get connected to satellite deco.
Regarding the general behavior, no issues till now. It all works as before.
Thanks

@Dan70bo You can change channels and channel width on latest deco models and i think you have latest model. Check the link below.

@ARGamingPK1 Thank you very much. I have those options, I was wondering why deco never attempts to move towards channels above 100.

@Dan70bo So your issue is resolved now? Your Deco is i think (EU) or (UK) version that's why your channels can't go above 100

@ARGamingPK1 I have not tried yet to manually set channel over 100. I live in Italy. The strange thing is that, before deco, the ISP router (vodafone station wifi 6) automatically set channel 100 or above and everything was fine.
Regarding upload issues, it's not solved. I am verifying now and still get poor speed , even if sometimes I reach a decent speed near 350 (as mentioned in the posts above). But, always with Vodafone station, i usually reached 480/500. In many Italian threads, they say it seems to be related to ont connected to the router (the ont has 2,5 gbit port because I have a 2,5/500) and the solution would be to buy a router with flow control. Obviously i want to keep my deco. The previous Vodafone station was connected to fiber cable through a SFP module. I asked the ISP to use my own router, so i was given an ont with 2,5 port..
Thanks again

Thank you very much for the further update. I've updated the engineer about the beta performance. Please also pay attention to the email reply later.
Best regards.

@Dan70bo Make sure QoS is Turned OFF and no devices set on priotised. And use Deco into AP Mode
