Disconnect of my AX55
Hi all,
I bought this product around 1 months ago. Unfortunately my wifi is disconnecting every day.
After rebooting it comes back online. It doesn't look like disconnecting at the same hour, but it regularly happens. Can anyone share a tip that I can try?
My previous one never disconnected but just slow. I am currently using Origin broadband with mid range rate.

Hi@Bizzaru,
Thank you for contacting our community.
Is the wired connection normal?
May I know if your network topology diagram is as follows:
ISP modem—router)))((( client devices
(Note: — stands for wired connection, )))((( stands for wireless connection )
When the internet drops, will the Wi-Fi disappear? Are wireless clients still connected to Wi-Fi?
Here are some suggestions, please refer to:
1) Make sure the Router is properly placed, it should be put in open area instead of inside a cabinet or shelf.
2) Change the wireless channel into another one. You may refer to Changing Channel and Channel Width on a TP-Link Router (new logo).
3) For 2.4GHz wireless client devices, adjust 2.4GHz channel width into 20MHz, for 5G wireless client devices, adjust 5GHz channel width into 80MHz or 40MHz to avoid interference.

@Joseph-TP Hi,
My topology is the normal that your diagram says a common use.
When internet drops, the TP LINK blinks the most left one only, slowly. The app shows there is no available device which i assume not an internet issue but device.
It is quickly come online whenever after reboot, but it really bother when I play a online game.
I don't know how it solves but the previous router never happened. My wife is unhappy about it, so I really hope you could suggest a solution.
Thanks!

Hi@Bizzaru,
Thank you for your reply.
The power light is Slow Blinking, that means the system is starting up or the firmware is being upgraded. Do not disconnect or power off your router.
But if it occurs every day, please try different wall socket for the router.
If it still doesn't work, please try to contact local support for further help.
