Tapo 20max vaccum home button is flashing

Can you share more details of your case? For example, what's the color of the home button? Is it quick or slow flashing?
If the home button keeps blinking green and there is no response when pressing any buttons, and the vacuum doesn't show any changes when trying to reset or restart it, then this device needs to be replaced. To proceed with the warranty, please contact the retailer or local TP-Link support.
