TP Link-AX10 Randomly dropping Wi-Fi Connection

My router has been acting up lately, randomly dropping the Wi-Fi connection while the Ethernet connection to my PC works fine. It's really frustrating because sometimes I can't even open games, Instagram stops loading, web pages take forever to open, and downloads from the Play Store won't even start. Meanwhile, my PC connected through Ethernet is running perfectly with no interruptions.
When this is happening, I can see only the upload activity indiactor is on, not both. Sometimes, both are gone. But, most of the time it's the upload one that stays. Someyimes, turning the wifi off and on in phone solves but it again happens after 1-2 mins. Sometimes, i have to manually unplug and plug-in the router. I face this once or twice, sometimes thrice, every day.
The router is not even a month old and it's really frustrating.

Hi@dead_end,
Thank you for contacting our community.
May I know if your network topology diagram is as follows:
ISP modem—router )))((( client devices
(Note: — stands for wired connection, )))((( stands for wireless connection )
For wireless unstable connection issue, please try:
1) Make sure the Router is properly placed, it should be put in open area instead of inside a cabinet or shelf.
2) Change the wireless channel into another one. You may refer to Changing Channel and Channel Width on a TP-Link Router (new logo).
3) For 2.4GHz wireless client devices, adjust 2.4GHz channel width into 20MHz, for 5G wireless client devices, adjust 5GHz channel width into 80MHz or 40MHz to avoid interference.
Best Regards~

The router is in open space and it's at the same space as my previous router which was Archer C6 which had no issue.
I changed the channel width as u mentioned. But there was no option for 40/80 for 5Ghz so I set it at 20/40/80
And yes, the network topology is as you said. In the previous 2 days i didn't face the isuue. But, today the issue is happening from morning. Please help!

Hi@dead_end,
Thank you for your detailed reply.
Here are some suggestions may help you:
- Make sure the router is away from wireless interference sources. Keep the router away from microwave ovens and other interference sources (refrigerators, ovens, Bluetooth devices, etc.)
- Reduce the number of wireless clients and optimize the router’s position.
- Set different Wi-Fi names for 2.4gzh and 5gha bands, and disable smart connect if the router supports it.
- Change 2.4ghz channel(1/6/11) and change 5ghz channel(band 1: 36\40\44\48, or band 4:149\153\157\161\165) .
If the issue persists, please help us collect the following information:
- When does the issue start and how frequent is it?
- How many devices experience unstable wireless connection issues and what are they?
- Which band has a dropping issue (2.4G or 5G)? -
- Led status on the router when the internet drops? -
- How do clients reconnect after a disconnection? Will they automatically reconnect or do we need to reboot the router?
- Does the Wireless Network name disappear when dropping?

Sorry for the late reply. I had some urgent matters going on and wasn't able to check it. I had done everything u told me to but still nothing is working. On top of that, the 5Ghz band is completely dead. Whenever i connect it with any device it shows no internet connection and that's it. I have tried everything but still nothing worked. The Ethernet works fine though and the 2.4Ghz is not dropping connection. It happens once in a blue moon so, i am not worried about that. But the dead 5ghz is making me worried
