Hi, I have ping spikes from time to time as you can see in the picture. Has anyone encountered this problem and knows how to fix it?

Thank you for contacting our community.

 

  • Can you open other networks, such as guest network or hotspot, and compare whether the same situation occurs?
  • Compare whether the same problem occurs when other devices are connected to the router Wi-Fi?
  • Please make sure that the adapter driver is the latest version;
  • Please try to change the channel of the router to a less crowded channel;
  • Try to change the DNS to Google DNS.
