Did you try the windows built-in driver or driver for Windows 8?

Yes I did....Actually I used my WN725N for creating a hotspot... and share my 3G Dongle net....it used to work in windows 8...now it says that "Your Computer's Wireless Card doesnt support wifi hotspot creation"(I tried many hotspot creating softwares and tried the cmd hostednetwork aswell)....
