I have problem whit download, whit phone was 80/90 MB, whit modem Archer mr600 v3 was 10/15MB.... There Is a problem whit what???

Hi, have you tested the wireless speed when connected to the hotspot of the mobile phone with the same SIM card?
Usually, the 4G band used would affect the network speed. Did you check whether the mobile phone used the same LTE band?
How to check the 4G band working on our smartphones
Please also make sure the device is connected to 5 GHz, then change the 5 GHz wireless channel to 48/80MHz under web UI>Advanced>Wireless>Wireless settings>5GHz.

rsrq -19 (very poor) SNR +16 (good) is pretty weird. You want rsrq -10 or better and if its on the edge constantly (-19) then speed will suffer.
