HI,

I'm using the AC600 Nano Wi-fi and Bluetooth 4.2 USB Adapter with Archer T2UB Nano driver on my PC's Aisurix B650M-D motherboard on Windows 11.

I keep having the problem where my bluetooth headset (Edifier X3 Lite) keeps losing audio and even disconnects when I connect my Xbox wireless controller and keyboard (AULA F75 5.0kb) on bluetooth. I dont use wifi since i'm connected via LAN.

I tried 4 connection variation;
1)Keyboard + headset
2)controller + headset

4)Keyboard + controller
3)All together

I found that no.1,2&3 works fine but when I connects all them together, only the bluetooth headset got disconnected.

I tried updating the drivers and uncheck the "allow the computer to turn off this device to save power" box option in power management but it still doesnt work.

Does the adapter not support more than 2 bluetooth at once or is it just my headset problem?

  @Psyche

Hi, thank you very much for your time and patience.

The UB series Bluetooth adapters, such as UB400/500, usually support 7 Bluetooth devices at most. It should be similar to Archer T2UB Nano.

Can you consistently reproduce the reported issue here?

If yes, please send an email to support.forum@tp-link.com, and I'd like to forward your case to the senior engineer later for further assistance.

Wait for your reply.

Best regards.

  @David-TP yes, I also tried connecting my tablet (mi pad 6) as an extended display along with 2 other devices and it creates a lot of latency for the display. I dont know if this is inclusive. The problem seems to consistently occur with devices with an output. as the input only devices seems to be totally unaffected.

Regarding the email, should I just link this discussion or write something? if the latter, what do you suggest?
