Model: ER605 (TL-R605)
Hardware Version:
Firmware Version:

I'm trying to configure an ER605 as a modem for a Frontier Fiber connection with a static IP. The router is plugged into Frontier's ONT, and the router is connected to a BigLeaf SD-WAN. The internet service is fine, I've verified it's online. However, when I try to rout it through the ER605 I'll get 5-10 minutes of connectivity and then it will drop off. Then it'll connect for 5-10 minutes again, and drop off. Repeat.

I've got the WAN IP, Gateway, and Subnet all configured. However, when I try to enter the provided IP address to the LAN settings, the ER605 gives me an error message since the subnet for the LAN and WAN addresses is the same. I feel like I'm missing something simple here. What do I need to check for?

Thanks!

As it says.

If you have set them in the same subnet, or same, it will give trouble like this. Avoid setting them to the same.
