M7650 boot loop after firmware update failure

After inserting sim card into the M7650 and connecting to mobile app, I got an information about firmware update. I did it from the mobile application.
After the update I can't turn it on. It is looping on Tp-Link logo.
The exact version is 1.1 EU
I tried the solution from:
https://community.tp-link.com/en/home/forum/topic/244148
I even got a success infornation.
But the boot loop is still here.

No, don't try with the FW for M7350. I pointed you to a wrong thread - try this thread suggestions instead.
