Hi

i have 3  deco axe4900

I would like to know if it's better the connection between decos by Internet cable or by Wi-Fi.
And the other question is if I can connect a different deco (other brand) with this  deco system

Hi, welcome to the community.

For "Deco AXE4900", do you refer to Deco XE70 Pro?

If the Deco Mesh units are plugged into different floors or there are multiple barriers, such as walls/doors, the Ethernet Backhaul would often be a better choice.

If the two units are in open space and quite close to each other, the 6GHz/5GHz/2.4GHz Backhaul can sometimes offer a better connection speed.

All Deco units are compatible with each other. Deco XE75/Deco XE75 Pro are highly recommended:

Can different Deco models work together?

Thank you very much.

Best regards.
