Deco X20 ver: 1.20 incorrect password web login

I bought an X20 unit to add to my network consisting of
- 1 Deco X50-5G
- 3 Deco X50-Outdoor.
I added the unit to the network and it works fine, but it tells me the new Deco unit has a new update. I tried updating the unit from the Deco app and it didn't work. I downloaded the update from the website, unzipped it, etc., and tried logging in via the website and its IP to update the Deco X20 unit. When I entered the password, I got the error "Incorrect Password." I changed the password so it didn't have any characters other than text and numbers, and it still didn't work. What can I do?
Compre una unidad de X20 para añadir a mi red formada por:
- 1 Deco X50-5G
- 3 Deco X50-Outdoor.
Agrego la unidad a la red y funciona bien pero me dice que tiene una ctuakizacion nueva la unidad deco nueva. Intento actualizar la unidad desde Deco app y no funciona. Descargo la acualizacion desde la web, descomprimo etc e intento entrar a traves de web y su IP para actualizar la unidad Deco x20 y al introducir el password me da error "Incorrect Password" He cambiado el password para que no tenga caracteres que no sean texto y numeros y sigue sin funcionar. Que puedo hacer?
