Model: Deco M4
Hardware Version: V2
Firmware Version: 1.6.5

My isp plan is 500/500, when I connect straight to main isp router I get about 500mbps but when I used another ethernet cable to connect the main isp router to the deco m4. It only gives me 10 to 15mbps. I have 2 deco m4s, both with similar results and both of them are in access point mode.

Hi, may I know how long you have had the Deco? Did the speed issue start recently?

Is the current network topology like:

Internet----ISP router-----<cable>---main Deco M4

                                 \-----<cable>---satellite M4

-Would there be any network switches?

Have you tried to replace the Ethernet cables between the ISP router and Deco units?

Did it make any difference if only the main Deco M4 is connected to the ISP router?

Wait for your reply.

Best regards.
