Deco X10 connect only at 5HGz

Hardware Version: V1

Firmware Version: 1.2

I bought a Deco X10 and connected it to my network which is composed of 4 other Deco X50 and to my surprise even after updating to the latest firmware, the deco connects to the network only in 5GHz as you can see from the screenshots and there is no way to change.

Unfortunately since I bought it to have more signal on devices that use 2.4 GHz no device connects to it.

All the other Decos have dual connection 2.4ghz and 5ghz

There is a solution ?

The good news! A new 1.2.1 official version has been released, and also fixed the reported issue here:

Deco X10_V1_1.2.1 Added VPN Kill Switch and Improved Overall Network Performance

Hi, thanks for the update.

There is a beta firmware that might help with your current issue. And a user also helped us test the beta could fix the issue of no connected device.

I think the 2.4GHz-only Mesh Backhaul issue might also be related.
