Firmware Version: 1.1.4 Build 20230824 Rel. 63641

I have three X20 decos, one main and two slaves. Suddenly, the main deco lost power and when I connected it back, it is stuck in the yellow loop. The light stays on for about 60 seconds, then goes off, and this cycle keeps on repeating. I have tried resetting the laptop in vain.

 

I have spoken to customer care, they could not help with anything other than what I have already tried.

Hi, may I know how long you have had Deco X20?

Please also swap its power adapter with another Deco X20 and plug it into a different power socket.

 

And have you tried to HTTP Uboot firmware recovery here:How to use firmware recovery if the Deco become brick ？

If neither helps, I think you might need to contact the local support for warranty service.

Hello  @David-TP ,

 

I have had these decos for about 20 months. It was indeed an issue with the adapter; the adapter from another deco just worked fine. I am releieved :)
