Hardware Version: V1
Firmware Version: 1.1.3 Build 20201228 Rel. 55057

Hello there,

 

I have connected 2 devices with ethernet cables with my modem but the 2nd device shows that is connected with WiFi and the signal is week because of that. 

 

How can I connect both devices with ethernet cables in order to have full signal?

Hi, can I have the model number of your ISP modem? Is it a modem-router combo?

I think you might need to set Deco P9 into "Access Point" mode if both P9s are connected directly to the ISP modem via Ethernet cables:
