Upgrade wont work on Deco M9 Plus V2

Hardware Version: V2
Firmware Version: 1.2.11 Build 20190926 Rel. 55727
Hi everyone,
I have tried to upgrade my TP Deco M9 plus for a while but i can't get it to work.
I have tried all three options but nothing works. The Deco app says all deco's are up to date.
I can't open it via ip addess or http://tplinkdeco.net as the firmware is to old (I guess)
I can't get login into the upgrade tool as i am getting wrong user/password. (windows 11 Pro).
I have tried it in Win8 modus and also with admin rights.
I have changed my setup now! Modem (192.168.178.1 DHCP off) -> RJ45-> Deco M9 Plus (192.168.178.200) / Deco M9 Plus (192.168.179.1 DHCP ON) RJ45 -> Switch RJ45 -> PC 192.168.179.125 Still getting the error message that invalid TP-Link account

Could you please leave me a message with the MAC address of this Deco M9 Plus, as well as the new email account?
By the way, when you log into this new account, the Deco M9 Plus is online and shows up properly under this account, right?
I'll check with the engineer to see whether there is any other workaround.
Wait for your reply.
Best regards.

Resolution:
The problem with 1.1.2 firmware version is that it can't update the account status from the cloud server to the hardware.
It logged the first password you create during the install and that is permanent in the Deco's.
If you changed your password you have to do this in order to work:
You need to reset all your deco's, then try to create a new network. Only power one Deco and leave the reset unplugged. Connect the the one deco to the ISP.
When it is successfully set up, please try to run the firmware upgrade tool. When succesfull tried to add the second Deco and try it again.
If not delete the whole network. Unplug the upgraded deco and start with one power on Deco and repeat the steps.
