Firmware Version: Deco BE65-5G(EU)_V1_1.0.5 Build 20240904

Dear TP-Link Support Team,

Good day.

I would like to inquire about the next software update for the Deco BE65 5G. The latest available version is Deco BE65-5G(EU)_V1_1.0.5 Build 20240904, released on October 8, 2024. Since then, there haven’t been any further updates.

Considering the premium price of the Deco BE65 5G, I believe it’s reasonable to expect continued software support and improvements. Interestingly, even the more affordable Deco X50-5G V1/V1.2 has already received version 1.2.1 Build 20250413.

Could you please let me know if and when a new firmware version for the BE65 5G is planned?

Hi, nice to see you again.

There should be since Deco BE65-5G is the only 5G WiFi 7 gateway.

While we don't get advanced notice of whether/when there will be new updates being released. The engineers also avoid making ambiguous assumptions until the release is coming soon.

Hi Will the update include the capability to use wireguard as vpn? I have a be65-5g as main Deco and a be65 as Mesh point. The be65 can use wireguard… Thanks!!!
