Hello,
i have router that mention in title and this wireless TL-WA701ND for smartphone or whatever

my question is it possible to divide speed equally between devices ?
in other words, if 2 devices online .. divided equally between them
if 3 .. divided equally between them and so on
or one pc online, take the whole speed

is it possible to apply something like that ?

No...8840T has no bandwidth control feature.

Could u nominate good router with Wireless apply what I'm looking for ?
and can i limit from my Wireless instead of router temporary until i get good new router ?
or my wireless hasn't this feature either ?

I don't quite understand what you are trying to say...
You want to buy a wireless router with bandwidth control function? TL-WA701ND is not a router but an access point.

yes, want to buy new wireless router
but until that happen, can i control the bandwidth from my access point if it possible ?
i mentioned in the first post i have 2 devices ( the 8840t Router + TL-WA701ND access point )
sorry if it stupid question or can't be done, my knowledge in this field is poor
