Hi, 

 

I have network comprising 5 x XE75 Pros and 2 x X50-PoE.  

 

The main network is working okay, but devices connected to the IoT do not appear to be connected to the internet.

 

Switching my iPhone to the IoT network I can access the internet but can access the internet.

 

Any ideas what I can try?

Are there any typos here?

Do you mean iPhone can connect to the IOT WiFi, but there is no internet access?

 

Did Deco work in wireless router mode under Deco APP>More>Advanced>Operation mode?

Please also try to manually restart the main Deco once.

If possible, it is also suggested to disable IOT network and enable it again.

Thanks for the reply, yes there was a mistake, I should have said I can access the Deco Network, but not the internet. 
 

I have reset the Decos physically and through the app. 
 

I have also tried switching the IoT network on and off without any luck.

I'd like to follow up on your case via email in case I need to escalate it to the senior engineer for further assistance.

By the way, can I have some screenshots of Deco network map, such as:

Moreover, apart from the iPhone, what are the other devices that were tested without internet access on the IoT Network? Can I have their model numbers as well?
