Model: TC40
Hardware Version:
Firmware Version: 1.1.2 build 250326 rel 61993n

I Have the above camera and after saving 3 preset positions, the camera works fine when it detects movement and generally returns to the saved position. What I have noticed over the course of a day or two is that the camera position seems to drop and not fully return to the saved preset.

If you try to manually tilt the camera upwards it comes up with a warning " camera pan- tilt has reached the maximum extent in this direction" so what you have to do is manually tilt as far down as it will go and then tilt back up to get the camera to show a higher view angle.

If I click pan and tilt correction then the camera does its thing and settles perfectly but as soon as I set the saved points the whole process starts over. I am having this issue with 2 idetical cameras in different parts of the country. It's strange how the pan and tilt correction has a massive range of movement when you tilt but when you do it manually it seems to lose a lot of the range and cmoe up with the above "maximun extent" error.

Any help is much appreciated.
