Disconnection whenever I turn my phone's screen on

Whenever I turn my phone's screen on, seems like the internet was diconected and it takes a few seconds for all "in the cloud" apps to start working. This issue does not happen if I'm conected to my ISP's router or using mobile data.
Plus, my Deco is running on the most recent firmware update. Any tips on how to solve this?

Hi, thanks for the update.
I thought it was dedicated to the Deco App screen when you mentioned "whenever I turn my phone's screen on". Apparently, I had some misunderstanding.
Did you run into a similar issue with Ethernet-connected devices? when opening the Gaming App on the wired laptop, will it also lag in the first 10-12s?
If it were only on the mobile phone, could I have the model number as well as the operating OS?
It is also suggested to change the IPV4 DNS server on the Deco to see whether it helps: How to change DNS server settings on my Deco
Is the ISP router also connected to the internet terminal via an Ethernet cable?
If yes, I think maybe you can unplug the ISP router and set Deco S7 as the only router in the network, because I think the double NAT might also be related to the current issue.
Best regards.

Hi, did you constantly run into the following issue:
"Whenever I turn my phone's screen on, seems like the internet was diconected and it takes a few seconds for all "in the cloud" apps to start working"
-Can you record a video clip for me?
-After that, it is also suggested to refer to this link to help me submit the Deco APP log:
(You can attach the video clip to the App feedback)
Since there is already an ISP router, have you tried to set Deco S7 into Access Point mode?
How to set up Deco to work in Access Point mode
Wait for your reply.
Best regards.

@Nearl275 This might be a stretch, but some Android phones (no idea about iOS) have this option in developer settings that prevents the phone from using Wi-Fi (even when it's connected to a Wi-Fi network) while screen locked.
If your phone is an Android, do you have that option/ is it turned on?

Hello!
I don't think so, I have Developer Mode enabled on my phone, but never touched that option (I just checked it), and the issue doesn't happen on the ISP's wifi network.
I think it may be some configuration that I may have missed here. Or some weirdly specific bug, who knows? xD
But thanks for help!
