I have received tp-link router VX230v_2E21 from my internet service provider (Southern Phone) last week.
I do not have a separate purchase order bill for this router.
when I spoke to them, they mentioned as its having 3 yrs warranty.
Do I still need to register for the warranty.

Your device is a customized device provided by your ISP(internet service provider) and does not require registration with the RMA system. The ISP should have shipping records, etc. If you are concerned, you can contact the ISP to confirm the warranty process.
