I've tried to allow incoming IPv6 connections to my server but haven't succeeded and the instructions are confusing. The manual states:

Select the local host device running the service. Enter its global IPv6 address in the Global IPv6 Address field.

There is nowhere to select the host device and nor is there a 'Global IPv6 Address' field.

The only field that allows entry of an IP address is captioned 'Internal IP:'. That makes no sense so I've tried putting the global IPv6 address in there but it doesn't work.

  @Joseph-TP

I have resolved the issue. What a pain. This all came about because I upgraded my internet connection and got a new router from my ISP. Whilst re-configuring my network a Windows update was applied to my server (or at least it was waiting for me to page through the stupid wizard to complete setup). It now appears that not only did it switch the network profile of my server from Private to Public (something it does occasionally) it also managed to set the default gateway to '::'. Having set that to the correct address for this router all is working again.

You can close the ticket, and thank you for your time!

Hi@Andrue ,

I'm glad to hear that you've resolved the issue.

In any case, resuming Internet access is the most important thing.
