Green and White light blinking

It has been working for years but started blinking wifi Green and white circle at the same time. Restart and reset don't work, pressing these buttons do nothing. Pressing switch blinks light bulb constantly until pressing to stops.
Please make sure the Restart and Reset button is used correctly.
You may try to install the switch to control another light, check if the same situation occurs. Given that the device isn't responding to resets and has been in use for quite a long time, it's probably a hardware issue at this point. You might want to think about getting a new switch.
