Model: Deco X20
Hardware Version:
Firmware Version: 1.2.5 Build 20240720 Rel. 66739

I can access http://tplinkdeco.net/webpages/index.html#networkMap after Wifi connected, but there's no option to change the Wi-Fi password (haven't been changed for a year).

So I downloaded the Deco app on my Android phone. However, when I log in using the correct username and password, the app keeps saying:

    "A verification code has been sent via Deco push notification on your trusted devices."

The problem is, that trusted device (an iPhone) was recently sold.

Could you please help me remove Two-Step Verification or reset my trusted devices?

  @Runnoob

Hi, thank you very much for the feedback.

The web admin page can't change the WiFi password, and it needs to be done through the Deco APP.

You can also receive the verification code via email, such as:

https://community.tp-link.com/en/home/forum/topic/666698

Best regards.

  @David-TP but I can't even login the mobile app on my new mobile. Kept asking me to type in 6 digital code from the trusted device. The trusted device has been erased and sold out.

So what should I do next?
