Hello all.

I have recently gotten a TP-Link TX401 V2 but I am unable to find the driver for Windows 11 in my country specific page (Singapore).

Should I download the TX 401 V2 US Version instead before installating the network adapter?

Thank you so much in advanced!

Hi,

A far as I can tell, any of the drivers TP-Link posted for the TX401 should work.

Is your TX401 actually recognized by the computer itself? I mean, in the Device Manager of Windows do you see anything under "Network adapters" or "Other devices" that you can attribute to the TX401? Normally, an PCIe Ethernet network card should show up as "network controller" or perhaps "unknown device" with exclamation mark until a suitable driver is installed.

Hi, welcome to the community.

Have you checked the region code on the adapter?

If it is marked as "UN", I think you can install the driver here:

https://www.tp-link.com/en/support/download/tx401/

Thank you very much.

Best regards.

@David-TP Hello, my version is UN/2.0. I've tried installing US 2.0 driver and it tells me device not found. I tried installing v1.0 went through but the card does not work. Please advice which driver should I install?

Also I have installed it into a PCIe x16 slot.

Thanks!
