Wired connection to LAN port of W8960N works OK?
Does it happen on all wireless clients? How about Wi-Fi signal strength? Try different channels and try channel width 20MHz.

Yeah. Wired connection is OK. I tried other channels and the problem didn't solve. Devices are connected to the WiFi but it doesn't connect to the internet. WiFi signal strength is normal.

Wireless MAC Filtering is disabled, right?
Try to reset the router to factory defaults first. Reconfigure it.

Yeah. Wireless MAC Filtering is disabled. I reset it to factory defaults. One time with hardware and then reconfigure it and one time software reset in modem page but it's problem doesn't solve yet.

After reconfigure it, internet light will be on or flashing and there is WAN IP on its web interface but you still cannot access internet wirelessly, right?
Try to ping goolge.com and ping 8.8.8.8 on your laptop wirelessly. Try to change DNS server to 8.8.8.8 and 8.8.4.4.
If it still doesn't work, is it still under warranty?
