It would stop when I start using internet with my smartphone.

What is the meaning of these three lines?

Sometimes I get short internet disconnections in series, is it related to the log?

Every 1-3 weeks, in the morning the internet is not working, I can access the router and Internet Status is Connected. Rebooting the router solves the problem.

Any help is appreciated.

Thanks.

Hi, welcome to the community.

The three lines recorded the following process:

  • Check the SIM card status to confirm that the SIM card is detected and unlocked
  • Authenticate O2 APN Profile settings

It is kind of weird that the same process is repeated multiple times within 60 seconds.

May I know how long you have had the router?

Have you tested this SIM card in the mobile phone to see whether the same behavior exists?

It is also suggested to manually create an APN profile to see whether it helps improve the connection:

Thank you very much.

Best regards.

@David-TP

Hi. I bought the router 18 months ago.

I tested the router with another sim from same ISP and it worked ok.

Then I placed the original sim and i got this error among others:

2025-08-07 16:43:02 [6] 4G: WARN: Sim card is pulled out.

I cleaned the sim and the problem seems to be fixed.

Now I face another problem, My ISP, O2 Spain, resets the connection every 24h after the last connection. Sometimes, after that reconnection the router can't get internet. I remember that the logs seemed to be fine, I'll try to get new logs with this issue

Edit: I already tried all kind of APN configurations and nd different solutions I saw in this forum.
