Hi Everyone,

I just get a new ADSL2+ plan from TPG Australia and buy a TP-LINK TD-W8980 modem/router. I setup it via my Macbook pro (via ethernet port), everything works with the rooter and TPG but when I'm going to Diagnostic :
Ping primary Domain Name Server : Fail
Test DNS Root : Fail
Network Connection Status Inspect (NCSI) : Fail
All the others get a "Pass".
And I don't have any Internet connection.

I'm not a pro so what does it mean? Do I have to setting something on my laptop?

What settings do you have in Network>WAN settings?

To [COLOR=#333333]Test DNS Root fails because the root DNS blocks Ping and it won't affect internet access actually although it shows Fail?

Actually I can't how to describe the problem :/ I just setup normally my rooter, setup the wireless, enter my username/pass from TPG, everything is good, for us as well, they told me the line is good but when I open my browser and go to a website, it's loading. I don't have any error message like 'there is no internet access" no no, just loading while several minutes, and after that an error message.
