@David  as uou know i replaced my XE75 for 3 BE65.

 

All seems to work fine now, but onle when i restart the network there seems to be something going wrong:

 

Normally when i restarted my old systems inalways got the circle with % proces.

 

Now the turns orange and says no internet connection (picture) It seems only the main deco restarts and not the whole network.

 

i have inplugged all and tried again, everytime it's the same.

Seems like a firmware bug to me?

You know this problem? Something i can do to fix it?

Hi, thank you very much for your time and patience. Sorry for the delay.

I tested the "Reboot" option on the Deco; there is a process bar, and all Deco units get restarted.

 

Please make sure the Deco APP is up-to-date: 3.9.115 for IOS/3.9.98 for Android.

However, if the issue continues, please help me submit the Deco App log:How to submit Deco APP log

 

By the way, how are the 3*Deco BE65s connected into the Mesh network, by WiFi or Ethernet Backhaul?
