Furniture and mats
Hi my robo vac does not recognize furniture and a mat which is on the map. Any ideas please

Please note that the robot vacuum will still clean the furniture area after adding furniture to the map.
What's your expected effect? Not to clean the furniture area? In this case, you can set no-go zones or virtual walls.

Thanks Wayne. I will try that. Yes I did expect the vac would avoid the furniture area. So now I wonder why mark furniture and mats otherwise?

Even with furniture present, the space underneath still needs to be cleaned. If the bottom of some furniture is high enough for the vacuum cleaner to fit underneath, it can clean areas that are usually hard to reach. Additionally, when adding the furniture on the map, you can click it to start a quick cleaning for that furniture area.
