After contacting multiple departments and reviewing various resources, I obtained a beta firmware.
Please try manually updating the firmware: How to update the firmware on AC VDSL/ADSL Modem Router (new logo)

Hello@Ahmedhamdy ,
Thank you for contacting our community.
May I know which thread mentioned the Archer VR400 has the firmware 0.5.0 0.9.1?
As I know, the Archer VR400(EU)_V2_220126 is the latest version.
If the wireless connection is unstable, please review the following troubleshooting steps:
1. Check whether the wireless connection will be automatically restored. Check the Wi-Fi LED on the router when it happens and see If the wireless network can be found via your end devices.
2. Change the wireless channel, channel width, or get away from a wireless interference source, such as a microwave oven, etc.(Adjusting the channel and bandwidth is only possible through the web management page. It's suggested to use channels 1, 6, or 11 for the 2.4GHz band, and channels 36, 40, 44, or 48 for the 5GHz band.)

@Joseph-TP hey,
Here are some threads talking about the same problem and was solved by admins through sending private message containing the link to the firmware

Please just send me the firmware 0.5.0 0.9.1
The latest version 0.4.0_0.9.1_(220126) has 5ghz instability and i think the problem is that the router doesn't change the 5ghz channel automatically , its just stuck at a channel when turned on and when the stuck channel get crowded throughout the day it causes the problem, yeah you can change the channel manually but that shouldn't be the solution especially when you live in crowded areas where the router should do it automatically.
I tried every setting and the problem still exists so please send me the firmware 0.5.0 0.9.1

Hello@Ahmedhamdy ,
Thanks for getting back to me.
I can't find the path to download the 0.5.0 0.9.1 firmware you mentioned.
However, you can also try downgrading to ArcherVR400(EU)_V2_201104. Please check if the issue persists?

@Joseph-TP hey,
ArcherVR400(EU)_V2_201104 is the worse firmware as it has the same 5ghz instability plus it has weird bug where it emits a hidden network ssid for both 2.4 and 5 ghz and i already reported it here https://community.tp-link.com/en/home/forum/topic/257372
Please can you contact the other tplink admins who sent the firmware 0.5.0 0.9.1 via private message in those threads

I already tried to contact them but no one answers sadly, the firmware 0.5.0 0.9.1 is very stable firmware so that many threads asked for it
i hope you can reach those admins for the firmware 0.5.0 0.9.1 to send it to me
