Model: Tapo D235
Hardware Version:
Firmware Version:

Old BT smart hub failed. Now using Archer AX73.

Trouble pairing the D235 wired doorbell on the TAPO App.  2 internal cameras paired backfire.

Is there an issue with 2.4gz and 5gz frequencies causing issue?

As this hub automatically chooses switches between them.

Or is it something else?

Tapo D235 supports 2.4GHz WiFi only. If you have a mixed WiFi, we recommend disabling the 5GHz temporarily while configuring the doorbell, or separate the 2.4GHz and 5GHz to different SSIDs.
