Model: Archer AX1500
Hardware Version: V1
Firmware Version: 1.0.8 Build 20240910 rel.37547(4244)

I recently purchased a TP Link Archer AX 1500 to upgrade my previous router. But even from the first day i started experiencing issues. Some of my wifi devices could connect to the router but didnt detect any internet while my LAN devices still worked perfectly.

This happened in both 2G and 5G instances with multiple devices (Xiaomi, LG, Walton phones).

I had noticed another thing which is when this happened, i couldnt find the router in the TP Link App through the device suffering the aforementioned issue.

This was only solved temporarily after i kept having to disconnect and reconnect from the wifi.

Please help

Hello@WaterMenon ,

Welcome to our community.

For a wireless connection that is unstable:
    1) Make sure the Router is properly placed; it should be put in an open area instead of inside a cabinet or shelf.
    2) Change the wireless channel to another one. You may refer to
Changing Channel and Channel Width on a TP-Link Router (new logo).
    3) Change channel to avoid interference. For 2.4GHz wireless client devices, adjust the 2.4GHz channel width to 20MHz; for 5 GHz wireless client devices, adjust the 5GHz channel width to 80MHz or 40MHz, etc.
