What is the model of your device? You can refer to:

How to find the model number of your TP-Link device 

How to find the hardware version on a TP-Link device

 

If it is a DSL modem router, please tell me the operation mode that you are using. Wireless router mode or modem router mode?

Please confirm that your internet configuration is correct.

Check if the ISP box is working. Test it via a different modem or PC.
