Firmware Version: 0.9.0 2.0.0 v603c.0 Build 241224 Rel.29498n

I have just upgraded my nbn package to provide 500Mbps download.

 

I get that plus more with WiFi, but my Ethernet cable gives me barely 250 Mbps.

 

I have tried several cables...both Cat 5e and Cat 6, plugged directly into my modem which is 2 metres away. I have even tried 2 different network adaptors, every combination giving the same result.

 

I have done a factory reset of my modem, but nothing works.

 

 

I'd love any suggestion that would help.

Do you have the same problem on the VX420-G2h? Have you tried to contact ISP for help?
