Hello@Captainoz ,

Thanks for contacting our community.

As a supplement, please check:
1. Ensure the 6GHz network is enabled and not hidden.Open the Tether app and navigate to Tools > Wireless Settings.
2. Confirm that your client device supports 6GHz Wi-Fi, and that both the device drivers and operating system are up to date.
3. Ensure that both your router and client device are being used in a country or region where Wi-Fi 6E/7 operation is permitted. If the router and client device were purchased in different countries, Wi-Fi 6E operation may not be available.
4. For further information, please refer to: What if my device failed to detect the 6 GHz Wi-Fi Band?

Best Regards.

  @Captainoz

Hi,

If you live in a country that has not approved the use of the 6 GHz band or has approved the use of the 6 GHz band somewhat recently (within the past year), then your client devices (e.g. phones, computers) might not allow the use of the 6 GHz band yet until they are updated by the manufacturer.
