  @Joseph-TP Yes, I'm using the same AX12 router with same 1.2.1 firmware. My problem is quite peculiar. I run my rouer 24x7 because mobile signal is poor in my house. Sometimes some apps don't load unless I reboot the router. I contacted with ISP. They checked and told that there was no issue at their end. The issue did't happed earlier, all I see that the issue occurred after the router automatically updated to firmware 1.2.1

  @Joseph-TP abir2000: hey, thank you for your reply. How can I enroll to stable update when 1.2.2 stable update will release? I always prefer stable firmware, beta version may cause issues!

  @Joseph-TP Hello there, I'm having the same exact situation with my router, today I've tried rebooting, I checked the wired connection and even submitted a support ticket and had no response. Would you be able to email me the firmware? It is the same model as the original post. I need this router for working, and today the internet light is dead - no connection at all. I just bought it, and it was working fine before the update.

  @abir2000 ,

Thanks for your reply.

Have you tried the beta firmware? Does it help?

If you want to get the new firmware in time, you can keep Auto Update button on.

Hello@DavidPL ,

Thanks for contacting our community.

Do you mean the Internet light is off? Please try the following suggestions first:

1. Check the Ethernet cable connection: Make sure the cable between your router's WAN port and your modem is securely plugged in. Try using a different Ethernet cable to rule out any cable issues.

2. Test your modem: Connect a computer directly to your modem to confirm that your modem and Internet service are working correctly. If you can't get online this way, the issue may be with your modem or Internet provider.

3. Adjust router settings: Log in to your router's web management interface. Go to Advanced > Network > Internet > Internet Port Negotiation Speed Setting, and set the speed to "1000Mbps Full Duplex".

Best Regards.
