Hello all

I wonder if anyohne can offer me some advice. I have a TL-MR6400 with a UK Vodaphone SIM.

 

All works well with exeption to sending / receiving WhatsApp messages from Samsung (Android) S20 mobile.

Sometimes messages are instant, but more offten or not messages they can take 15 mins or more to send / deliver. In some cases significantly longer

 

Any advice would be very welcome

Did the Samsung S20 mobile have a similar issue when using the mobile data?

How about other mobile phones? Did they behave the same when connecting to the WiFi of TL-MR6400?

 

By the way, may I know how long you've had the 4G router? Did the issue start recently?

@David-TP Sorry for the very slow reply. The Samsung S20 only experiences intermittent delays sending WhatsApp messages when connected to the 4G router. Over other Wi-Fi networks or via 4G (outside of the WiFi / 4G router WhatsApp works without any issue. Other phone users have the same experince. The Router is probably 12months old, it has been updated to the latest firmware. Thanks in advance for your help
