Recommended  by JB Wi-Fi as a suitable replacement modem router when changing from Foxtel NBN to alternate NBN provider. Foxtel supposedly locked their modem to their

system. This unit failed to work with Foxtel NBN or new NBN provider. TP-Link failed to respond to my emails and phone support was non-existent.

Steer away from this product.

If your ISP ties Internet access to a specific device's MAC address, your VR300 modem might not be recognized, causing internet access problems.
Will your ISP provide you with a new modem?
