  @alb3530 Yeah, TP-Link should ABSOLUTELY support it.
SW1/SW2, HW, FAKE_OK, OMCC, CWMP Class, Equipment ID etc. should ALL be added, if TP-Link really want to compete against others.

Just saying "made for ISPs" will make this product worse and seen as an inferior product, even if it's a really good one.
I would suggest TP-Link to look into this at the best interest of the consumers (end-users and ISPs), and be transparent about it.
I myself have been using it, and although it suffices my needs, I still want this product to be as useful as other brands

  @IfranAli Absolutely!!

Would be awesome, if TP-Link could bring those options as well as bring back the option of per device Bandwidth Limiter as well on xx530v like older TP Link Routers (TD-W8960N_V6_151019). Really miss that feature as well. QOS is fine, But would love to cap speeds of devices as well, when required, especially for TVs to default stream at lower bitrates/resolution. Very essential for FUP Limited ISPs.

Hey @rhellxt

Thanks for checking the status of the requests posted here.

This request has been brought forward to the decision-makers and has been approved. The initial plan was to place these settings in the "superadmin" section to avoid inconveniencing users who do not need to modify these configurations. However, there are no development details or a definite ETA can be shared at the moment.smiley

  @Kevin_Z I think superadmin mode is better, as long as most, if not all, the details are changeable. This will help any kind of ISP who either allows or do not allow (but do not care anyways) usage of 3rd-party ONTs for more control.
