Model: Tapo RV30 Plus
Hardware Version: V1
Firmware Version: 1.2.2 Build 240627 Rel. 162730

My Tapo app, and the RV30 vacuum unit, have been reporting that the vacuum bag is full. Despite having changed it recently, I prceeded to change the bag for a new empty one (noting that the previous bag was less than half full).

Now, with the new empty bag installed it continues to warn me that the current vacuum bag is full and needs changing. This happens after every use.

How can I resolve this issue

When installing the dust bag, ensure you can hear a click when it is in place. You may try to pull it out and reinstall it. How to Replace the Dust Bag: Tapo RV30 Plus

Restart the dock, see if it helps.

@Wayne-TP Hi, thanks for the reply.

I switched the base unit off for 10 minutes and switched back on. It seems to have resolved the issue.
