Model: Archer MR600
Hardware Version: V5
Firmware Version: 1.1.0 0.9.1 v0001.0 Build 240830 Rel.58384n

I recently bought an Archer MR600 and made the switch over to mobile broadband after many terrible years of dealing with my previous ISP.
Overall everything has been great but one major problem that's come up is that there are a few games that I can no longer connect to.
I don't know if it's a specific setting that I'm missing on the router or if something isn't working as should but the games all worked fine on my old ADSL router and if I take the sim card out of the MR600, put it in my phone and use that as a hotspot then I can connect to everything without issue. So it has to be the MR600 causing the problems.

All of the correct ports are forwarded and I've even tried using the DMZ and turning off all firewalls and security.

Happy to give any additional information and would greatly appreciate any help.

Hi, may I know your SIM carrier?

What are the games that you can no longer connect to?

Would there be any error message?

- If yes, can I have a screenshot of the error message?

Wait for your reply.

Best regards.

The Sim carrier is 3 Mobile.
The games are 7 Days to Die and ARK Survival Evolved.
I've had some success connecting to my friends on 7 Days to Die using a VPN but ARK outright refuses to let me join any game.
7 Days to Die gives a generic connection timeout message after several minutes of attempting to connect while ARK just kicks me back to the main menu without any error message.

Hi, thanks for the update.

Have you checked whether Archer MR600 and the mobile phone use the same ISP APN profile:

Later, I'd like to follow up on your case via email. Please also try to reply to the email with a screenshot of the internet status on the MR600:

Thank you very much.

Best regards.

  @David-TP
I haven't checked the ISP APN profile on my phone but I have tried all of the default profiles and several custom ones suggested by people online.
None of them seem to have made any difference.
I've emailed the screenshot of my status page as requested.
