Hardware Version: V2
Firmware Version: 1.0.5

I came from Ax55 v2. When in wireless easymesh, I used to get mesh information on tether apps like nodes name, where the node connecting to, the link speed, what clients connecting to the node & etc. You can check Ax55 v2 tether apps screen in wireless easymesh. 

 

I moved to using the Ax55pro as the main in my same easymesh setup. To my dismay, the Tether apps doesn't show the same info as when I'm using the ax55 v2 as a main.

Appreciate new firmware to address this gap so the Tether apps can function well.

Are there any missing features displayed on the Archer AX55 Pro's Tether app?
For components like OneMesh, future firmware updates will be necessary to address these issues. We haven't received any updates regarding these firmware updates yet.

Functionalities wise, all good.The router served me well.

 

The AX55 pro is a current generation of WiFi 6 router. Tp-link is still selling it brand new.

 

However, the latest firmware is 1.0.5 dated 21 Jan 2024. I thought it should be due for an update, at least from a security point of view.

 

In doing the update, it would be nice to close such minor gaps on the tether apps UI (like what you did on the AX55 v2).

 

Do convey to your firmware engineer that this model is due for a firmware update in year 2025 and an enhancement to the UI (both web & tether app) would be nice to reflect the current funtionalities and enhancements make available to this model.

Thank you for your feedback. For more information on new features, I recommend you start a new post here  .
Regarding the upgrade from OneMesh to EasyMesh, I believe the relevant technicians will gradually release the firmware as planned to correct it.
