Mesh system dropping connectivity
Is anyone able to give me some advice.
We have a Deco mesh system in our home. We have 4 M9 units and last year we added 3 X50 units to ensure that we had good coverage. The original part of the house is an 1840 Welsh long house and had a large extension built by the last owners.
In the last year or so, we have had issues with 2 of the X50 units disconnecting from the system but in the last month or so, we have had issues with the Deco's dropping the Wi-Fi completely despite the lights on the units showing green.
We have resarted the units individually as well as restarting the main Deco numerous times. We have also restarted the main router but it keeps happening.
I'm starting to tear my hair out as the units weren't cheap and they're starting to prove that they're not doing what they should be.

How many online devices do you have? And would there be a lot of smart home devices?

I've attached screenshots, as for smart devices, we have 3 smart TV's but it's only 1 on at a time. Our kids have the usual tablets, phones, consoles and Alexas but they would only be using 1 at a time.
What I've noticed this evening is the TV that we were trying to watch was losing connection but the light on the Deco was staying green.
I'm thinking of resetting the units and starting again, was thinking of replacing the M9 main deco with the X50, would that make any difference?
