Hello i have TP-LINK NX510V router and voice over wifi enabled on my phone since normal phone signal isn't strong where i live...I also use 3 decos x10 to have wifi signal in the entire home 

 

The problem is that around 50% of the time or even more i hear nothing when i call or receiving a call and i have to call back...

They tell me that they can hear me but i can't hear anything.

When it works(the other 50% of the time) the call is great without any problems

 

The internet connection is great and pretty stable

My phone is poco F3 and it works fine when i'm away from home

I have tried disabling/enabling SIP ALG without any difference

It doesn't matter where i am in the house

Is the 5G router provided by the SIM ISP?

Did your mobile phone, as well as NX510V use SIM cards from the same carrier? Can I have the name of the SIM carrier?

-Do you mean when Poco F3 is connected to another WiFi network, the WiFi calling works without issues?

No, the router was not provided by the ISP.

I use the same carrier on my phone which is COSMOTE Telekom (Greece)

I meant as a phone it doesn't have any problems outside wifi calling when i'm somewhere away from home and there is good signal. I did not use wifi calling anywhere else

Hi, thank you very much for the update.

Here are some suggestions for your reference:

  • Configure IP&MAC Binding for the Poco F3 on the NX510V under Web admin UI>Advanced>Security>IP& MAC Binding.
  • Open port 500+4500, TCP or UDP, for the Poco F3 under Advanced>NAT Forwarding>Virtual Servers

 

By the way, did you set Deco X10 into "Access Point" mode or "Wireless Router" mode?

In the meantime, I'll also follow up on your case via email in case the above suggestions didn't make any difference.
