H200 Firmware stuck on 1.5.1 +. C260 Camera cannot save to H200 SD card

H200 cannot get any update to 1.5.2. Plus the H200 will not allow to add device C260 , as it says firmware needs to updated. Both Camera and Hub say firmware is up to date. Other camera Tapo C325 WB can save to SD card fine.

Tapo H200 1.5.1 does not support Tapo C260 yet, nor does version 1.5.2. You may keep an eye on the future release of the H200, important updates will be listed in its firmware release note.

@Fancellu2 I've got the same issue.
Raised it on reddit firstly as the firmware is over two months late now and keeps getting pushed back. Then now its apparently released but I can't get the update on my device - same as yourself.
Communication poor, commitment to firmware release dates poor. Glad I moved from Ring as the overall product is better but cant say I'd adopt any of their new products so soon again as they just don't work as described.

yes I bought two setups, one for 1 premise and one for someone elses, and both are not able to record to the H200. I have no idea why they released the C260 without the ability to record to the hub. I have had to explain to the other premises , why it doesnt work , but they kinda looked me at as to say, "why is that"
I would have thought the software would have been tested for that camera, with it connected to a H200 hub as part of their testing methods , prior to selling a lot of the cameras.
I like the camera, but i also like the idea of saving any events to the H200 which has the large SD card in it.
The H200 records the late model C325wb no problems, so yes , firmware on mine I think is 3rd June 2025, now for the H200 but when I go into the hub, and "connected existing devices, I cannot add existing camera to it, it says firmware not supporting. Then I go to the camera, it says "Firmware up to date". Version 1.0.21 Build 250728 Rel 71583n.
Support staff here are good I think, but management of product releases, needs to have a chat with support, and streamline product release with firmware of dependent hardware checks , to up their game as a team - and also relieve a bit of pressure, for the support staff.

I've still not got an update on the h200 to allow hub recording. Has anyone got the update yet ?

1.5.2 won't give you support for c260, I have one of the newest beta firmware from September, and I still can't add c260

@SugarBaby how they get away with saying it's supported on their hub specifications page is beyond me then.
